an package, the client will benefit from technical support for his informational
systrem. MATRICS offers this package to owners of computers bought from
us as well as from another sources.
The service offer includes

access rigth for networking configuration;
network atached resource configuration (printers, modems, scanners,
etc);
application installation; office application configuration;
backup on request;
central unit, keyboard and mouse cleaning;
ivirusar reoval; telephone support;
mail server configuration, mirrring configuration, VoIP configuration;
additional equipement instalation: printers, scanners, ploters;
server configuration (NT 4.0 100 points, Linux);
internet service configuration;
internet homepage construction; site design; site build;
domain registration; site content maintanation (text info update);
update site design.
Any other service proposed by you will be separately analised for a
more correct evaluation. MATRICS can provide you with free of charge
technical assistance in selecting the strict necesity operations and
in setting the intervals, based on a monthly matrix. This service is
available for a minimum for of 12 months.
